(1) In case any party causes damage to the other party due to any act contrary to this Act or the rules or agreements made under this Act in connection with the implementation of the project, the party causing the loss shall pay compensation to the party suffering the loss. br> (2) For the purpose of sub-section (1) the assessment of damages shall be made by an independent valuer.
(3) Other provisions related to damage assessment and compensation shall be as prescribed.
